I always advise customers not to leave their keys in the back of the door especially if they have a letterbox. However having seen this, the advice has to be NEVER leave your keys in the lock on the inside of the door.
Sorry, but somebody needs to sort out our illustrious council. Between roadworks and traffic measures/lane closures to allow social distancing etc etc it took me nearly 3 hours (2 hrs 49mins) to drive from home (Colinton) to Newhaven to do a half hour job. I can’t possibly charge my customer the full amount of time….. …
The housing market has slowly come back to life in the last few weeks having been severely affected by Covid-19. Perhaps you have just moved or are about to. The keys have been handed over by the solicitors / Estate Agents and you can’t wait to get into your new home. Have you ever thought …
2nd door closer in as many days. If the door is slamming and there’s oil running down the door…. Its not going to adjust…. It needs a new closer. Miracles are no problem… But we can’t do the impossible!

Just about had enough. Any work North of the city centre is going to be difficult to get to from next week. York place closing. Leith Walk closed. Broughton Road already swamped. Bunch of clowns. 🤡
Interesting article on the MLA website which is definitely worth a read. Bait & Switch. As usual “if it sounds too good to be true etc etc.” £49 is not going to be the final price I can assure you !
Well, that was quite a storm last night. Spectacular lightning and very heavy rain. Unfortunately we got slightly flooded with water backing up from the drains which filled our front garden and eventually flowed into the front door … and out the back. Not too bad…. especially compared to what some people suffered. Been here …
Found website hacked this morning. Redirecting to some gaming site or something similar. Eventually got it back but I reckon it was what turned out to be some dodgy software I was stupid enough to install.
Feels quite strange being back in harness. Traffic in suburbs seems back to normal but the city centre is still relatively quiet as most office etc remain closed.
