Service Levels after Christmas/New Year Break.

We are (as at 31.12.20) in Level 4 restrictions.

Non-Account Customers.
This means that on resumption of service (05.01.21) there will be a limited service to non-account customers involving EMERGENCY WORK ONLY and this will be at the sole discretion of the locksmith. We have suspended all lock-out services and any routine work, such as lock upgrades and improvements cannot be undertaken at present.

If you are self isolating or showing symptoms of Covid-19, please do not call us.

Factors / Property Managers & Letting Agents.
We are still prepared to undertake urgent work (again at the sole discretion of the locksmith) on behalf of Factors/Property Managers in areas such as communal entry doors and stairways etc. where the welfare and well-being of residents is genuinely at risk. We must insist that clients and residents remain a minimum of 2 metres clear while we work in these areas. If residents or clients do not comply with distancing requirements, we will withdraw from site.

We are NOT able to work in areas such as bin stores or recycling areas due to the increased risk of infection in these areas.

Please note all of the above may change at any time should further restrictions (or relaxation of restrictions) be brought into force.
